Services described
Pages describing revenue dashboard commissions, occupancy reviews, channel audits, and monthly reporting are informational. A binding scope begins only when both parties accept a written estimate or engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Site content, visual design, and BrookHub-authored templates remain the property of BrookHub Hospitality Pulse Co., Ltd. unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. Client data and property exports remain yours. Metric dictionaries and boards created for your property are licensed to you for internal hospitality operations under the engagement letter.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial reuse, or misrepresent affiliation with BrookHub.
Liability
Hospitality analytics support informs decisions; it does not replace your management judgement, accounting advice, or vendor contracts. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, BrookHub Hospitality Pulse Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on site content or from decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting. Material changes to active retainers will be communicated to the named client contact.
