An engagement that follows the house clock
Commissions and reviews move through discovery, definition, drafting, and handover. We schedule around briefings and night audit so the work fits the house clock.
Typical rhythm
- Scoping note. You share room count, current exports, and the engagement you have in mind. We reply with timing and a fee range.
- Discovery. We watch how revenue is closed today — often two mornings with night audit or reservations — and list sources that actually feed decisions.
- Metric dictionary. Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and cancellations are written down and signed by the people who own them.
- Draft & walkthrough. You see a board, review narrative, or channel table before anything is called final. Two revision rounds are standard on commissions.
- Handover. We leave an update checklist and, if you choose Monthly Pulse, a calendar for the next packs.
What we need from you
A single contact for PMS exports, a single contact for channel access, and three coherent months of history. Properties that arrive with cleaned rate codes finish faster; we can help organise that work, and it may extend the timeline.
Where work happens
Discovery often happens at your property or at our office at 109 Khanh Hoi, Ward 3, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. Drafting and monthly packs are prepared from District 4 with remote walkthroughs for properties outside Ho Chi Minh City.
