Quiet craft for noisy mornings

We sit with night audits, revenue leads, and general managers until the numbers on the wall match the way the house already closes.

Registered business

BrookHub Hospitality Pulse Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name of BrookHub Hospitality Pulse. The company was established in 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, after several years of informal revenue coaching inside independent hotels along the riverside and in District 3.

A short history

In 2017 we opened a small practice on Khanh Hoi to help properties reconcile conflicting ADR figures before commercial meetings. Early work was paper-led: metric dictionaries written by hand, then transcribed into the sheets each hotel already used. As channel managers grew louder and OTA invoices more complex, clients asked for lasting revenue boards and clearer occupancy narratives — still delivered as commissions and retainers with on-site discovery and clear handovers.

Today the team pairs an analyst with a hospitality operations counterpart for discovery. We still favour properties that will let us watch a night audit close before we propose a layout.

How we work

Discovery first, drawings second. We write definitions for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and cancellations with the people who own those numbers. Engagements stay scoped: one property, one board, one audit window — then expand only when the metric dictionary holds.

People you may meet

Engagements are led by a senior analyst and a hospitality counterpart who has worked front office or revenue roles in southern Vietnam. Portraits stay optional; trust comes from sitting beside your close process, not from a glossy roster.
